If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Website and services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kaiya Knots.

"We," "Us," "Our" refers to Kaiya Knots, a handicraft business registered in Bangladesh. "You," "Your," "Customer" refers to the individual or entity accessing our Website or purchasing our products. "Products" refers to all handcrafted items, goods, and merchandise offered for sale. "Services" includes our website, customer support, customization services, and all related offerings.

3. Product Information and Availability

All products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means each item is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, texture, and pattern from displayed images. These natural variations are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display accurate colors and details, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors. Product dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±5%. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee that items shown on the Website will be in stock.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply to international orders—these are the customer's responsibility. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. In case of payment failure or fraud detection, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance—acceptance occurs when we ship your order. For custom orders, acceptance occurs when we confirm the design specifications and receive payment. We may require additional verification information before processing orders. Bulk orders may require separate quotations and agreements.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipping within Bangladesh typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information—we are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. For damaged items during shipping, claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, undamaged products in original condition with all tags attached. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds include the product cost only—original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Items on sale or clearance are final sale unless defective.

8. Custom Orders and Personalization

Custom orders require detailed specifications, design approval, and full payment before production begins. Production time for custom items is 2-4 weeks, plus shipping time. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified. We will provide design mockups for approval—it is your responsibility to review and approve all details before production. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to artisan availability.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Kaiya Knots and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Website without express written permission. Product designs are original creations or licensed designs—unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action. Our brand name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks.
